Math (for rising 1st-6th graders) -
Students will be split into many levels. The material will be an equal mix of 1) skill practice and 2) competition problems. For competitions, we will focus on "Math Olympiad" and "Math Contests."

Chess (for all grade levels) -

Students should be interested in competitive chess! Activities will include Predict the Move, Puzzle competitions, Notation games, Sparring in selected openings, K+P and other endgames, and Bughouse & Blitz.

Fees:
$200 per week per student for all day.
$110 per week per student for half day.

Instructor: Britt Ryerson

Coach Britt has a Bachelor's degree in Math, a Master's degree in Math Education, and is a USCF National Master in chess. He brings unique and extensive experience in both math and chess competitions - as a competitor, as a coach, and as a tournament director. Britt might be the only person in Florida chess history to win state scholastic championships as an individual (K-8 in 1996) and as a coach (Williams & Lincoln many times), and serve as the chief tournament director for the state scholastic championship (2013).
